Jill and Nate’s Rustic Urban Style Wedding
Any second spent with this super chill bride and groom—Jill and Nate—would leave you thinking they’ve known each other forever. Yet, despite the two growing up in the same neighborhood in Overland Park, living just four blocks apart, attending the University of Kansas, and even the same parties, they actually never crossed paths.
After all, that just would’ve been “too easy and convenient,” as the couple likes to say. So, it wasn’t until they met online and got to chatting that they realized they were definitely a perfect match for each other. Now, fast forward to just last month, when these best friends, travel companions, and dog parents officially tied the knot at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, which was followed up with an unforgettable celebration at Foundation Event Space in the West Bottoms!
This space truly helped set the rustic urban theme for their special day, with all the wood characteristics and exposed brick that fill the downtown Kansas City loft. It was a beautiful evening as the two were surrounded by their closest family and friends.
And, we’re about to let you see for yourself, with this recap from none other than Jill along with just a few of many stunning moments captured by their talented photographer Katie of Katie Marie Photography. Enjoy and cheers to this happy-go-lucky couple!
